Hospitable staff made the difference

During my stay at Kenzi Solazur, I was welcomed with warm smiles from the staff, especially at the pool. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor stood out. The location is also fantastic, right across from the marina, making it easy to explore the vibrant atmosphere of Tangier.

However, the noise levels were disruptive at night due to the traffic from the main road, and I encountered some inconsistencies in room service. A few times, my room wasn’t cleaned well, which detracted from my overall experience.

Consider using a taxi app for convenient travel to the Medina, as walking may not be an ideal choice from the hotel.

My kids wished for a more consistent cleaning service and better maintenance around the pool for safety.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. The pool area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and we felt very safe throughout our stay.

the staff welcomed us with moroccan tea, which was a lovely touch. the front desk was unhelpful and lost my bag.

I had a great breakfast buffet with plenty of options and the pool area was nice, but the wifi was terrible, making it hard to stay connected during my stay.

Totally recommend for a weekend

The hotel features the largest convention and congress center in the city, making it an excellent choice for business travelers. The location is remarkable as it is just across the street from the Cornish, providing access to shops, restaurants, and cafes. The rooms, though slightly small, were clean and the beds comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay.
